    96!

    Few ideas:
    1) Store discounts (between 15-25% depending on product and/or price)

    2) Special Day Handicapping with Dave+betting etc

    3) I was going to also say something like “Founding Member” title under your name so people know lol

    4) Coaching 1-1 with Dave with learning new ideas such as “How to Use Pars for Handicapping” “Figuring What Wins at YOUR track” or basically having a seminar of different topics

  • Kinky Handicapping - What's It About?
Good idea Conley!! I know I have a copy of kinky handicapping but I cant find it.Tony Kofalt

Thanks Tony. I just thought thet could be a thread where someone requests books that someone has and could exchange with someone or when someone is having a “garage sale” and wanting others here to have a chance to get a hold of some good titles.
  • Kinky Handicapping - What's It About?
A suggestion that people could start is if you are looking for a book (just like this example) you can post in a thread asking for it and then whoever has it can exchange details.

I know it’s pretty well what is above but it could work out in future things.

Another idea could be that if someone here was willing to sell books that others might be interested in reading that could be one idea. That way when the person who is WANTING the book can read it and then give a full detailed analysis on how they liked disliked the book.

    Thoughts?

The best way to do this in the future is for you and I to create an event here (still linked to your live session), but you post the link instead of doing it via messaging.

This way, you really get it to be ALIVE as well as live.

How many attendees did you get?
    Dave Schwartz

I was expecting around 10 people to join but we had 3-4 last night.

Thanks once again guys we will have to do it again maybe new idea for Dave on forum meet ups for different topics (early speed, Turf racing, Playing Pick4/5/6 etc) would be fun.

  • Anything Better than APV or EPS for a Class Rating?
    Conley,
I do something very similar, starting at the bottom working up, looking for form cycles and trying to figure out how the horse fits to today's conditions and where his form is today.
    Tom

Cool! Glad we think alike :)
  • Anything Better than APV or EPS for a Class Rating?
    ↪Conley

Seems like your outlook is a lot like "Jimmy's" who I mentioned above.
    Dave Schwartz

Is that a good thing or bad thing?
  • Anything Better than APV or EPS for a Class Rating?
I will chime in on this subject the best that I can lol

When I think of the word class I think of top racehorses that everyone has their eyes on and race at a better level than others such as Allowance horses or Stakes/Graded Horses

I have played around with different methods on class like APV or EPS but now my trick to find a "class" in a horse is to start at the bottom of a horse's past performances and work your way up

That way I know how the trainer or at least understand why the trainer entered this specific horse in each race shown and give a sense if he likes the class or not along with distance/surface/jockey etc

Sure it might take a while to go through each race but I think when you are done with each horse you can figure out if he not just belongs in this race but to see if his "past class" is worth it for today's level and wager accordingly

Hope that makes sense to everyone
