The exacta strategy:
1. Key horses - 62:?? - 1 = number of Key Horses
2. Horses underneath - 88:?? - 1 = number of horses used underneath
3. Toss AILine low horse and ML low horse if different
4. Fire Neal, sort, reverse sort
5. Eliminate rear half of field (field/2 and round up if necessary) - 1
6. Sort on ML and eliminate to 3 (use tie-breakers as needed)
7. Key horses:
If 62 number -1 is 1, randomize and take lowest 1 left
If 62 number -1 is 2, randomize and take 2 left
If 62 number - 1 is 3, use all 3
8. 88 number -1 is ML and/AILine and lowest ML odds numbers
eliminated in step 6 to make up the number of horses you need
including the Key Horses
9. Bet #1 is Key Horses from step 7 over horses from step 8
10. Bet #2 is AILine horses/ML horses tossed over key horses.
