Error getting Data from HDW and HQ not opening

    I had trouble downloading from HDW it seems the drive for the data is the D drive which is my external drive I used for HSH. When I plugged that drive in it worked . I got the download When I open determinator again and tried to get the races HQ wouldn't open so I deleted the ini and it still didn't work what do I need to do
