1I know had mentioned to myself in teachings and in conversations that he lost a lot of weight which is such a great accomplishment and I was hoping that he could share for those of us if he so chooses, how he did it, his choosing of eating habits etc. Thanks again and look forward to future videos and hopeful some great screen shots of the questions asked.
