    I know had mentioned to myself in teachings and in conversations that he lost a lot of weight which is such a great accomplishment and I was hoping that he could share for those of us if he so chooses, how he did it, his choosing of eating habits etc. Thanks again and look forward to future videos and hopeful some great screen shots of the questions asked.

    I eat salads everyday pretty much. Italian or Vinaigrette dressing only. I try very hard to avoid carbs or sugar. For example if I want Chipotle, I get burrito bowls. Do everything possible to cut the needless carbs. If I get Italian, it would be Pizza with the thinest crust possible. Or some places have cauliflower crust. Cheese is fine but it must be SHARP. Like Big Eye Swiss or Sharp Cheddar. I walk everyday, I try to get 5000+ steps in a day. And I drink 90 to 100 ozs of water. Also very important.
